Production and Shipping Timeframes

Mylestones is committed to maintaining high quality standards for every product it produces.  Therefore, production times will differ between our print, video and virtual products.

Production

We do not offer a rush production option at this time.  Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays.

  • Print books are produced in 4-5 business days.
  • Video books are produced in 2-3 business days.
  • Virtual books are produced in 1-2 business days.

Production timelines are calculated in full business days. For example, if an order is placed on a Tuesday, the first full business day in production is the following business day, Wednesday.

Shipping

The cost of shipping is included for standard delivery via USPS.  The timeframe for delivery with standard USPS mail varies depending on location.

Overnight delivery is offered through FedEx at a flat rate of $20 to addresses where overnight delivery is provided.  In some instances, FedEx offers 2-day expedited delivery only to more remote addresses.

Production and shipping time estimates do not include weekends or legal holidays. For example, if a print book is ordered on a Thursday evening, the first full day in production will be Friday.  If it takes four days to print and is ordered with Overnight Delivery (1 business day – $20 additional cost to ship), it will ship out the following Thursday and arrive in addresses where FedEx provides Overnight Delivery by Friday.
