Keren Peters Atkinson, CEO, is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with 20+ years of experience in the real estate and financial services sectors. Ms. Atkinson earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and History from Florida International University and a Master’s degree in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. In her most recent position as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Madison Commercial Real Estate Services family of companies, Ms. Atkinson assisted in the launch of three startups and worked on multiple joint ventures. She has developed the full brand identity of over 50 companies and deployed the sales and marketing plans for dozens of companies over a span of 20+ years. She has managed a team of 10-15 sales and marketing professionals in multiple countries and time zones working remotely and overseen the full P&L of department budgets ranging from $1-20 Million.
As CEO of Mylestones, Ms. Atkinson is in charge of the planning and implantation of taking Mylestones to market, including development of the brand and the online platform, preparation of a go-to-market strategy, coordination of product printing and fulfillment, selection of vendors, and creation of a customer service center. Ms. Atkinson also oversees management of intellectual property protection and compliance, finance/accounting, and HR.

Julian Alvarez Sr., Vice President of Print Production, is a lithography expert with 36 years of experience in all areas of print production including purchasing, estimating, customer service and press layout. In previous positions, Julian has improved efficiencies, minimized waste and implemented quality control measures that maximized customer satisfaction.
For Mylestones, Julian advises on the selection and oversight of print vendors, selection of materials, quality control, and guidance on fulfillment processes. Julian has an Associate’s degree in Graphics and Printing from Miami Dade College and certifications in Scanner 600 and Studio 800 series.

Nikky Dike, Software Quality Assurance Analyst, is responsible for working with the Mylestones engineering and product teams to align quality efforts with product objectives, develop test strategies, assess risk, ensure product meets all quality standards and enables a rich customer experience. Nikky has Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from University of Lagos and a Master’s degree in Business Information Systems from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Gayle Wiltz, Operations Manager, is responsible for overall project management and operations for Mylestones. Ms. Wiltz analyses market competition, oversees all aspects of the production process and manages the user experience on the website. Ms. Wiltz has a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from the University of West Florida. She is currently enrolled in the MBA Program at Louisiana State University with a focus on Data Analytics and Management Information Systems.

Ray Garcia, Art Director, is a seasoned creative director with over 30 years of graphic design experience. He has worked on such iconic brands at Bacardi, and served as Art Director for major powerhouse building, development, and design firms from Manhattan to Miami. At Mylestones, Ray handled the final design of the Mylestones logo and supporting brand materials including packaging, stationary, and office elements. He was also instrumental in the creation of initial thematic templates for customer use on the Mylestones website. He also finalized the Mylestones Style Guide detailing all aspects of the Mylestones brand including icon, fonts, colors, texture, pattern, and more.

Nicole Duxbury, Content Writer and Editor, has been in the sales and marketing industry since 2001. She enjoys cooperating with businesses to establish their online voice while creating effective content that draws people in with warmth and personality. At Mylestones, Ms. Duxbury’s writing and editing skills have aided in developing consistent, clear, accurate, and friendly content to help website visitors understand what the platform offers and ensure they have an enjoyable experience.

Michael Weiss has served in public relations, marketing and business development roles for well over a decade. Mr. Weiss began his career in the professional sports industry, working for the Florida Panthers (NHL), Miami Dolphins (NFL), and the Pro Wakeboard Tour. Looking to grow within a different industry, Mr. Weiss join UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management as the Assistant Director of Public Relations, where he was responsible for publicizing faculty research, grants and awards, as well as academic programs, student success stories, and community partnerships. Currently, he provides business development and operational support services to help local startup companies develop into high growth businesses, as a business incubator manager at the University of Central Florida.
Mr. Weiss completed his undergraduate degree at Florida Atlantic University and earned his Master’s degree at UCF. He is a Certified Business Incubator Manager and an active member of the International Business Innovation Association. He also sits on a number of Boards, including the UCF Nicholson School of Communication and Media Alumni Chapter, the Florida Business Incubation Association, and the Rybolt’s Reserve Homeowner’s Association. Mr. Weiss was born and raised in Coral Springs, FL and has lived in Orlando since 2007.

Dr. Jorge Guerra, is a financial professional working with Equitable Advisors’ South Florida Branch. Dr. Guerra focuses on designing, reviewing, and implementing financial plans for others to successfully retire, get their financial business and personal lives in order, build wealth, and protect their assets. His approach is to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to accurately and auspiciously address their needs in the areas of retirement, education, legacy planning, risk and investment management, and other financial planning services. He serves as a financial resource to Mylestones the company is able to benefit from his own wealth of knowledge and experience.
Currently, Mr. Guerra does not receive compensation for serving on the Board of Advisors of Mylestones.

Jeronimo Alvarez, is a retired entrepreneur and printing professional who owned and operated a multi-million dollar printing company for 30 years, servicing all of the U.S., Central and South America. Mr. Alvarez serves as a mentor providing guidance for the selection of print vendors, presses, and optimal functionality. His deep understanding of printing processes and printing equipment including presses and bindery machines, has ensured Mylestones makes sound decisions related to production and operations. Currently, Mr. Alvarez does not receive compensation for serving on the Board of Advisors of Mylestones.
